I have always enjoyed eating chicken salad. I can eat it just about any time of the day. However, a friend of mine introduced me to something different. It is Curry Chicken Salad. She got the recipe off of a site called Easy-Chicken-Recipes.com.

At first I was hesitant to try it. It looked yellow. My friend insisted that it was good.

So I tried it and fell in love. I have never tasted curry before. It was delicious.

She gave me the recipe and I made it for my family last weekend. I didn’t tell them what it was. They looked at it and their faces looked puzzled. What is that? They asked.

I told them to stop asking questions and try it. They would really like it. So they tasted it and everyone agreed that it was great.

I don’t know if I will ever make plain old chicken salad again. There is just something about curry that adds the right amount of flavor.
